Das Pepper Building wurde 1928 im Art-Deco-Stil von den Architekten Northup and O’Brien erbaut. Anfangs als Kaufhaus genutzt, fand es später als Bürogebäude Verwendung. Nach einigen Jahren des Leerstands soll das Gebäude bald ein Hotel beherbergen.

The Pepper Building was built in 1928 in Art-Deco style by Northup and O’Brien. In the beginning used as department store, then as office building. After several years of standing empty, the building will host a Hotel soon.
