Die knapp 100 m hohe BMW Zentrale (Vierzylinderhochhaus) wurde 1972 nach Plänen von Karl Schwanzer fertiggestellt. Das Gebäude steht nicht auf einem traditionellen Fundament, sondern "hängt" an einer kreuzförmigen Stahlkonstruktion.

The almost 100 m high BMW Central (four-cylinder high-rise) was completed in 1972 according to plans by Karl Schwacher. The building does not stand on a traditional foundation, but "hangs" on a cross-shaped steel structure.
